Breakfast Ideas:

  • Coffee or Tea with coconut oil and/or butter

This is a great way to jumpstart ketosis, and wake you up. Both coconut oil and butter are high in fats, and will provide energy throughout the morning

  • Scrambled Eggs with spinach, cheese, and avocado
  • Celery with peanut or almond butter
  • Bacon and Eggs
  • Sausage omelet, with added bell peppers, spinach, cheese and tomatoes
  •  Hard boiled eggs with turkey bacon

Lunch Ideas: 

  • Salmon or Tuna Salad with Avocado, nuts, cheese, and a balsamic vinaigrette
  • Baked Chicken Breast with Pesto Sauce and tomatoes
  •  Chicken Salad with avocado and hard boiled eggs
  • Pulled pork with Kale Salad

Dinner Ideas:

  • Steak with sauerkraut and grilled asparagus
  • Salmon with steamed kale and garlic
  • Rotisserie chicken with spring mix salad
  • Steak wrapped in Bacon
  • Bacon wrapped Brussel sprouts
  • Turkey and grilled vegetables

Snack Ideas:

  • Avocado halves filled with Liquid Aminos (soy sauce alternative)
  • Celery, apples, or bananas with peanut and almond butter
  • Sriracha cashews
  • Nut mixes
  • Fruits and vegetables

*Try cooking with coconut oil to add more fat to cooked meals
